Add ability to make bookings for specific timeslots or any start and end time during a day(s).

Configure selections or entering times interval (several hours or few minutes) at the Booking \ Settings \ Form page:

- Start time and end time entering in "time text fields"
- Selections specific time in timeslot list
- Selections start time and end time
- Selections start time and duration of time

Available in Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
