When a viewing has been carried out you’ll be presented with a new option to email the applicant asking for their feedback.
The email sent out will contain a link back to a simple form on your website where users can submit their comments.
Feedback Taken Through Your Website
The form is hosted on your website and feedback entered goes straight back against the viewing, automatically updating whether the client was interested or not, as well as their feedback.
The form template is editable meaning you can override the layout or text shown.
We’ll also keep you in the loop by sending you an email when someone has submitted feedback so you can view any comments that the applicant submitted.
