BlizzCon 2023 is the fifteenth BlizzCon event hosted by Blizzard Entertainment at the Anaheim Convention Center, taking place 3-4 November 2023. The event was confirmed by Blizzard Entertainment on 17 May 2023,[1] with further details regarding the ticket prices, Opening Ceremony, and Community Contest Categories on June 29th.[2]

This is the fourteenth in-person BlizzCon, and the first in-person event since the COVID-19 pandemic. It will also be the first in-person BlizzCon where the livestream will be free of charge, making the Virtual Ticket an optional choice.

Tickets[]

  • Sold in three batches:
    • Saturday, July 8 at 10:00 a.m. PDT
    • Saturday, July 22 at 10:00 a.m. PDT
    • Friday, September 29 at 12:00 p.m. PDT[3]
  • General Admission
    • $299 USD per ticket (up from BlizzCon 2019, +$70 USD)
    • Access to all halls
    • Early access to BlizzCon Store on Thursday
    • Exclusive BlizzCon in-game goodies
    • Official BlizzCon backpack
  • BlizzCon Portal Pass
    • $799 USD per ticket (up from BlizzCon 2019, +$250 USD)
    • All General Admission items
    • Exclusive Portal Pass Lounge
      • Private viewing lounge, private concessions, gameplay experiences, concierge support, Blizzard employee meet and greets, and more
    • Separate registration line
    • Separate security line
    • Early convention entry on Friday and Saturday (lounge only)

The Benefit Dinner has yet to be announced as of July 8th, 2023.

The livestream will be free of charge this year. As a result, the Virtual Ticket will be renamed the BlizzCon Collection,[3] and provide the in-game rewards, early access to exclusive BlizzCon merch, and more things yet to be shared.[4]

Community Night[]

This year’s Community Night will feature Costume, Short Film, and Art Contests, plus bringing back the Cosplay Exhibition.
