That seems really strange. If you’re using any caching plugin, could you please exclude the following URL from your minified CSS?/wp-content/plugins/notificationx/assets/public/css/frontend.css
If you’re still facing the same, could you please share the page URL with us? This will allow us to check the issue thoroughly and assist you properly.
Note: Please also make sure, you’re using the most recent version of NotificationX.

Well, It appears that you’re currently using the EmbedPress document widget instead of the EmbedPress PDF widget. Could you please replace it with the EmbedPress PDF widget and re-check? You can check the demonstration here as well : https://d.pr/v/wXWYDq,
