Here are the links. And I can’t fix it.
Everything that you have written, I have already tried. Apparently, it does not work on sites with other languages.
You will have to switch to another plugin. It will be difficult!

    Hi @papex ,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

I take it that you’ve done conflict testing and the regeneration of permalinks?

This may sound illogical, but, do you happen to have users that are using a different language other than the main Russian language used on the site? If you do, could you please update the language used for those users to the main language used on the site and see if that helps?

    (@papex)

If the site is switched to English, then the links are correct.
But, none of us speaks English. All students speak their native Russian.

Switch to Russian and immediately get these links.

How long do you have to wait? You understand that we don’t have a class schedule right now. And it can’t be. We need it urgently. Or move to another plugin.

    Hi @papex

Unfortunately, I cannot provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed.

As soon as we release a fix for this issue, we will post an update here in the thread.

    Thread Starter Andrew

    (@papex)

Then very sorry. We are forced to switch to another plugin. We have to work, we can’t stand. I’ll miss you.

But now there was a task to export the data there.

    Hi @papex ,

I’m sorry to hear this issue makes you switch to a different product, and I understand.

Since the issue is caused by the Cyrillic characters in the URL, a possible workaround could be not translating the view slugs, but leaving them in English (or empty, in which case the fallback is English). If you would like to give this a try and need help, we’re happy to assist.

    Cheers,
    Andras

Translation of what slugs? What are you about?

    @papex

The slugs of the different views can also be found in and translated through the translation files. I see you have Loco Translate installed, so I take it that you manage translations through it.

I’m not sure if you have copied the Russian translation files into a secure folder already. If not, then please do so as described in this guide. Otherwise, your modified translations will be lost when the plugin is updated.

After this it is best to run a Sync as well to make sure you have all the latest strings in the file.

Open the Russian translation for The Events Calendar and search for “list” (all small letters). Here’s a screenshot of that from my test site:

Remove the translation and leave it blank, or duplicate the English version of the slug.

Do the same for “month” (screenshot) and “day” (screenshot).

For “photo”, “summary”, “week”, and “map” views you will find the slugs in the Events Calendar Pro translation files similarly.

Save your changes, flush your permalinks and caches and check if that fixes it.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Yes, some links are now working. But not all.

    Here is an example:

    https://chippsy.ru/events/(/?:month|mesyacz)/

    https://chippsy.ru/events/category/timetable/pa23/%5D

    https://chippsy.ru/events/(/?:category|kategoriya)/(/?:%5B/%5D&tribe-bar-date=2023-11-01

    https://chippsy.ru/events/(/?:category|kategoriya)/(/?:%5B/%5D

It seems to me that these links are formed incorrectly.

    Hi @papex

Please try flushing your permalinks and see if that resolves the issue.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thread Starter Andrew

    (@papex)

I did it. And did it again.
    But it doesn’t help.
