I’m pleased to inform you that we have addressed the WPML compatibility issue in the latest update of Support Genix Lite. Version 1.2.2 now includes WPML support, allowing you to seamlessly manage multilingual tickets on your website.
To take advantage of this enhancement, I recommend updating the plugin to version 1.2.2 on your site. Once updated, you should have access to the WPML translation options.
