Weird monthly statistics

    Hi, every month I receive a monthly stat showing the same :

    Whatever your language is, I guess the display of values is the same.
    But I know this is not what happened during the previous month.

    So, the question is: what’s wrong with MailPoet stats?

    Can you confirm that you’re using the latest version of the MailPoet plugin?

    Can you go to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Engagement analytics tracking and confirm it’s set to “Full”?

    Yes, MailPoet is at its latest version, 4.26.1 for the time being, with automatic updates. MailPoet Premium is at 4.26.0, automatic updates too.

    Partial is the current setting for ‘Engagement analytics tracking’.

    Same thing one month later with 4.29.0 (MailPoet and Premium).

    I can see you’re still experiencing the same issue with your engagement statistics.

    Can you kindly set the “engagement analytics tracking” to “Full”?

    Please not that changing this value will not have an effect for your recently sent newsletters but will come into effect with the new newsletters you send out.

    OK, got it… My bad: the monthly stats I receive are for “Welcome Emails and WooCommerce emails” and I thought it was for “Newsletters and Post Notifications”.
