Hi, @21nadine04 Have you tried turning on debug in wp-config.php and seeing if it throws any errors?
You can also try renaming your plugins directory which will force disable all of your plugins. It’s possible that the issue is being caused by one of the plugins.
Also, try renaming the themes directory and seeing if you can log in to WP admin. If it works then it’s an issue with the theme.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t know how to do any of this… maybe I need to get someone to do this for me….
In the security log I found 3 fatal errors where the scan failed for the module “file change”. The time stamps could be around the time where the issue occurred. The problem could have been existing for a while since I only checked via mobile lately…
Any step by step guidance you could give me? If too complicated, don’t worry, I’ll get some help…

Do you have access to your Server Panel/Cpanel? if not you can ask your hosting provider/ your webmaster. To turn on debug mode in wp-config.php or deactivating some plugin caused error on your website.
