    Our website is down and I cant login to update or change anything. It appears its this plugin that is causing the problem. Is there anything you can assist with to get us back online?!

    I just pushed an update that should fix this. Hopefully if your site is doing auto plugin updates it will fix automatically. If not you may have to do the following..

    • Log in to the site with your FTP client and rename the folder that holds the plugin files.
      • /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-places-review-slider
      • That should force WordPress to de-activate the plugin.

    I went into the folder and changed the name as described in your post. This was done about 45min ago and still hasn’t fixed the issue. Same error is there when we click on the website.

    Okay, Grab this zip file…

    https://wptest.ljapps.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/freemius.zip

    Unzip it. Then use your ftp client to put it in this folder…

    /home/customer/www/empireinsurancegroup.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-places-review-slider/

    You may need to delete the folder that is already there.
