• We’ve adopted Groundhogg, which now replaces both our previous CRM and an email marketing SAAS provider.

    Groundhogg strikes us as a very mature product. It is very intuitive, and easy to use for anyone familiar with WordPress and CRMs.

    Is there room to improve? Yes. The email designer is good but have a few more options. The form designer is similar, though most people will probably use a dedicated form plugin anyways. But these and many other issues are already being addressed in the most recent and upcoming updates, and the changes thus far really have made Groundhogg not just look nicer but *function* better. For example, the recent contact filter is very powerful and now even more intuitive.

    Our experience is that their customer support is excellent: good documentation, a lively Facebook community in which the developers and support team are active, video-based online courses, many YouTube videos, and “office hours” where you can ask anything and get help and advice.

    Whether it is in setting up email campaigns, centralising information on our contacts, or otherwise communicating with our users, Groundhogg has proven tremendously easy to use and very useful.
