Using Search Tool on Website doesn’t work

I have a search box on my website/blog’s homepage. If I type a certain term in the search box, it pulls up the results but when I try to advance past the first page of results, it only continues to pull up the first page.

For example, I typed in “summer” in my search box and I have 8 pages worth of “summer” recipe results, but when I click on the 2, 3, 4, etc. page of search results it just continues to pull up only the first page of results.
