User Profile Pic Not Showing in Better Messages

    I have profile photos for my users, but they don’t show up in Better Messages. Clicking my profile or other’s profiles from Better Messages shows the user’s profile and the pic is there.

    What am I missing?

    BuddyPress. It came bundled with your plugin and the theme.

    Which theme? Do you not using any 3rd party plugins for avatars?

    Alliance theme. Nothing additional for avatars or anything.

    The user pics show up everywhere other than the messages plugin.

    Hi there!

    From what I can see in Alliance demo website, the avatars in messenger plugin working properly there, so there should be something else in your website preventing avatars to show up.

    Check if you have other plugins installed which can affect avatars or user profiles.

    I’ve been through everything. Just set this website up. Very basic as I’m trying to put my website together.
