Use $taxonomy->labels->all_items in the custom taxonomy filter all option

If you activate the option Admin Interface > Show Custom Taxonomy Filters the filter shows a hardcoded string (“All”) followed by the taxonomy label in the select all option.
Because taxonomies allows you to modify the default labels (https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_taxonomy/#arguments), will be better to use the
$taxonomy->labels->all_itemsin the select all option.
