    I cannot help without knowing what the text is supposed to be, but here are some things to look at.

    First, your site is set to UTF-8, so make sure that any characters you are using are part of the UTF-8 spec.

    Second, make sure that whatever font you are using contains those characters. You are currently using Open Sans.

    If your question/issue is that using Bangla (I google translated your footer text) does not work for you, then you will need to check your site encoding as I said above. I just did a quick test on my end to confirm, and HD Quiz is able to use those characters without issue. For example, if it displays correctly in the backend but not the front, then the issue is probably with your theme. You can try temporarily switching themes just to check.
