    Hi Robin,

First of all sincere apology for really late response.

I am taking care of the keyy plugin as a developer.

I ensure you that keyy is working perfectly fine now and your issue will b fixed soon.

Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue?
If yes, please provide me the username which you use to login to the site or confirm the last device used.

Once this is confirmed, I can find your account and remove your public key. Later you would need to connect your website again and for help regarding that I will send you the steps.

    Regards

I managed to resolve this eventually, however I have a new issue. My site is down with a 404, so I cant access my WordPress panel as I get a 4040 error when trying to log in with keyy. So i tried to log in to my Keyy account on the keyy website, and when I scan the bars, I get “call failed, pleas contact support’, so I can’t even log in to my account to disable keyy. This is the only support channel I can find. Thank you.

Resolved now thanks, it was caused by a problem with the Divibooster plug in, and I managed to find another way in by getting the site restored from there server, which turned keyy back on.
