Unable to process orders with stripe in Woo commerce

Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with Stripe payments on an e-commerce site. When a payment is made by card (stripe) it fails and on the checkout page I get this error “Payment processing failed. Please try again.”, I don’t think the problem is with Stripe because it is connected correctly and in the dashboard I get the events.In the failed order notes I get the following error “The order status has changed from Pending Payment to Failed.”
I’ve done a lot of testing, disabled all plugins to see if there were any conflicts, changed themes, rechecked stripe settings, placed test orders with my card but I still can’t figure out why there is this problem.Any ideas? Thank you.

We’ll be glad to help.
As a first step, please navigate to: WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages. Be sure to enable the Stripe debug mode and save settings.
Then please create a test order. And provide us with the following:
– Site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
– Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Select Stripe from the drop-down if visible).

Unable to process orders with stripe in Woo commerce

In the failed order notes I get the following error “The order status has changed from Pending Payment to Failed.”
I’ve done a lot of testing, disabled all plugins to see if there were any conflicts, changed themes, rechecked stripe settings, placed test orders with my card but I still can’t figure out why there is this problem.I am inspecting the site’s System Status Report (SSR) and the
Payment Gateways per Products for WooCommerce: by WPWhale – 1.7.2plugin stands out.Just to be certain, can you please perform another conflict test on your site and let us know of your findings?
Here are some steps you can follow:
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: Check whether you still encounter the issue!If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WooCommerce Stripe. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

Hi, thank you for your response. I had already tested to see if there were any conflicts by both switching themes and disabling all plugins, I re-did the tests again but the problem persists.

1. Specify all the required WooCommerce pages, under
WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced
2. Check whether or not the New checkout experience is enabled, for WooCommerce Stripe, and try again after changing that option’s settingLet us know how that goes.

While I can still see some console errors (regarding the payment manifest in particular), I tried replicating the issue on a test site of mine, to no avail. Everything worked as expected.
I suggest creating a fresh WordPress installation, with the same server settings, and only the following tools installed & activated:
* Storefront theme
* WooCommerce
* WooCommerce Stripe, in test modeCreate a test product and proceed with a test order for it. Is the issue still persisting?
Let us know how that goes.
