Trouble Activating/Cumbersome Interface

I tried installing this on 2 client sites – both had trouble activating. In one instance, it took over a month to resolve the issue. The interface is cumbersome. Positioning/formatting text overlays needs to be much simpler and more robust. The plugin/company is also a little heavey-handed on pushing their other products.
