Currently, the feature to extract and provide a backup of ticket history directly from the plugin is not available. However, you can manually export and share ticket history from your database or using WordPress backup and export plugins.

Thank you for your follow-up question. While it’s possible to locate the ticket conversation data in the database, I must emphasize that manually extracting and providing a backup of this data can be a complicated process, and it’s not a recommended method.
However, if you still wish to proceed, you can find ticket conversation data in the following tables within your database: “apbd_wps_ticket”, “apbd_wps_ticket_reply” and “apbd_wps_ticket_log”.
Please keep in mind that this is not the recommended way to handle ticket history backup. At this time, “Support Genix” does not have a built-in feature to easily extract and provide a backup of ticket history.
