Thieves?

They are happy to take your money and ignore your emails. I must have emailed them the same question about 10 times over the past 6 months and they never respond. All I wanted to know was a couple basics settings and how they interact with Yoast. Now I have over a hundred articles I manually configured on a clients site and no clear way how to proceed. What an awful position to be put in by a group of clearly very unprofessional people.
