    Hello, please update the plugin.
Then use the structure a href=’#wow-modal-id-1′
Make sure you have selected ‘Click on a link (with an #anchor) in the modal window’s settings.
And make sure you have inserted the modal window’s shortcode on the page

Thanks for the reply, but it is still not working.

I had just installed the plugin, so the version is up to date – 2.0.1.
The code for the page can be seen below.
I checked the “Show a modal window” type and it is set to “Click on a link (with an #anchor link)
Does it matter where on the page the short code is inserted?
    Please advise. Thanks.

We have fixed a bug in the version 2.1
    Please update

That worked, but now there are new problems.

    • First, the content doesn’t render properly.

A button graphic on the page of my site appears above the modal window. This is most evident on mobile devices or when the browser window is resized to simulate a narrow screen. In other words, if you make your browser window very narrow, some content on the page appears above the modal window.

In addition to this, when a desktop browser is resized as mentioned above, the content of the modal window displays inconsistently.
    – In Chrome for Windows, it displays partially
    – In Firefox for Windows, it doesn’t appear at all
    – In Opera for Windows, it displays partially

    • Modal Window doesn’t work at all on Safari for Windows

    • I’ve tested the page on a Kindle Fire tablet (Android) and Modal Window appears, but the button graphic appears above the Modal Window content and the content of Modal Window displays improperly.

    • I tested it on an iPod Touch (iOS) and the Modal Window doesn’t display at all.
    • I tested it on an iPhone (iOS) and the Modal Window doesn’t display at all.

    Hello,

    1. This is an odd problem, because the z-indexes are proper. We will look into it over the next days (sorry, the developer is sick at the moment).

    2. For the content rendering. The problem comes most probably from your calendar widget.

    3. For the safari. We will implement the safari support over the next days.

Regarding the calendar widget – that is a piece of Javascript from Open Table, the world’s leading provider of online restaurant reservations. I doubt the fault lies with their script – which is used on over 30,000 restaurant websites.
