Templates button/link missing

After having activating the Redux plugin on several different sites using several different hosting platforms including production servers, VPN’s, WAMP, Docker and others when I go to create a new page or post the templates button does not display.

I have tried downloading and installing the plugin directly as well as through the WP plugin utility including installation to a plain vanilla WP instance without even Hello Dolly and nothing.

I was really looking forward to trying this out.
