Templately will not open

    In privately hosted wordpress, templately will no longer open and just hangs with the icon forever. console shows below. please advise, thanks so much

    Can you please inform me which version of Templately plugin you are using on your site? It seems you are not using the latest version plugin on your site.

    I am requesting you use the latest version of Templately plugin on your site and then retry.
