    Hi, I just went to your website to purchase the plugin and the whole site is down and displaying the error, “Error establishing a database connection.” I was excited to use this plugin for our support team but this makes me hesitant. Should I be concerned about the stability of this plugin/company? When do you expect the website to be back up and running?
