    Thanks for the awesome plugin.

    Lately we get more and more spam attacks on the review form, although we have google capthcha v2 active.

    I noticed Akismet is also an option, but that’s paid.

    Is there any advice on how to stop spam without payment for another service like Akismet?

    I would switch to reCAPTCHA v3 instead of reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible. You might also consider making use of the Review Limits option and the Blacklist (if your spam reviews tend to have similar content).
