    Hi @zaheer01

your plugin is useful for BP Groups but it doesn’t work in my installation. The problems:
-the submit button doesn’t work, so I cannot create events
-the top menubar of my site has disappeared
-the buttons “Screen Options” and “Help” in the Dashboard have been blocked

I deactivated all plugins to see if there is any conflict with another plugin, but the problem remains.

If I deactivate your plugin the buttons in the dashboard “Screen Options” and “Help” work, but the menubar of the site doesn’t come back.

Any idea why all this happens?
    Thanks in advance

    WP 5.2.2
    BP 4.3.0
    WP theme: TwentySeventeen
    BP theme: Nouveau

Ok, it was jsdelivr.net that you use in your plugin and it was blocked by the add-on noscript of my firefox. I set it to “trusted” and now your plugin works. I use twenty plugins and only your plugin uses a cdn, so I didn’t pay attention to the javascript when I installed it.

However, I have to see its privacy policy, when I have more time, to know if this cdn is GDPR-compliant.

Thank you @zaheer01 for your quick response.

How important is the use of jsdelivr.net for your plugin ?

I have two kinds of problems:
    1. This cdn uses many other cdns that are not obliged to comply with the European Union GDPR law about Personal Data Privacy.
    2. It is impossible to unload your plugin from pages where I don’t need it. I deactivated your plugin on some pages using Plugin Organizer and the result is that the top menubar of my site is disappeared on these pages. On the frontpage bar there is a login form, so users cannot login.

I don’t see how the use of jsdelivr.net is related to the menubar. What does jsdelivr.net do exactly ?

It is difficult to me to support all this headache only for the use of one plugin. Is there a way to deactivate jsdelivr.net ?

this file is used for validation purpose. If you hide validation will not work you can change it with your own validation file download jquery.validate.min.js file and add.
You can download file from here
    https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/jquery-validation@1.19.0/dist/jquery.validate.min.js
you can customize my plugin from file bp-event-manager.php find above script and replace it with your own validation file.
