Show product attributes with shortcode in product description

Hi,

Is there a plugin availbale that allows me to add attribute value of specific product in the description.

I basically want to do somwthing like this:

“Buy this great [color] shoes in the size [size]…………… Color and size should be replaced by the attribute value of the current product.
