Hello
I understand you want to enable users on your website to search your BetterDocs articles hosted on another site. While it’s not entirely clear if you want to achieve this through which search form you mentioned.
BetterDocs actually has a built-in feature called “Instant Answer” with cross-domain capabilities. This allows you to embed the “Instant Answer” and display on your other website.
See more details here: https://betterdocs.co/docs/configure-instant-answer-betterdocs/#6-toc-title
Can you please share some more details along with some screenshots of your requirement?
Thank You
I’m creating a desktop game and I’m trying to introduce terms from the game on the website using betterdocs. However, since there is no browser in the game, I can only redirect via link.
What I want to happen is to redirect with the link that appears when I type a word in the search box, just like in Google.
Searched term: betterdocs
The resulting link: https://www.google.com/search?q=betterdocs&rlz=1C1GCEU_trTR1040TR1040&oq=betterdocs&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyCQgAEEUYORi ABDIGCAEQIxgnMgcIAhAAGIAEMgYIAxAAGB4yBggEEEUYPDIGCAUQRRg8MgYIBhBF GDwyBggHEEUYPNIBCDI2NDdqMGo3qAIAsAIA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Hi there, krykankrs
While BetterDocs offers a search functionality for users to find BetterDocs articles within your knowledge base, it isn’t currently designed to search external libraries like the one you mentioned.
BetterDocs focuses on helping users navigate and discover content within your website’s knowledge base.
I hope this clarifies! Let us know if you have any other questions about BetterDocs’ search functionality.
Best regards,
