Remove Simple Share buttons from Post Feeds

Is there a way to remove the Simple Share buttons from post feeds? I’m using Beaver Builder to create a post grid on the home page, and I was unpleasantly surprised to see the Simple Share buttons being pulled in above the post excerpt.

I’d rather not only hide it via CSS, but also entirely prevent the buttons from rendering on the homepage, especially since the Twitter button is throwing up some accessibility flags.
