Published listings not showing in Listings (back end)

    I have 2 published listings but when I click Listings on the WP Admin menu, the Listings page says “No List Found” and no listings are there – however at the top right it says All (2) | Published (2) | Pillar Content (0) – so I know there are 2 published listings.

    I just can’t see them or edit them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Initially make sure that your system settings match the plugin’s requirements:

    WordPress 6 or Greater
    PHP 7.4
    Note: If your site is hosted on a server with an older PHP, you may experience issues.
    MySQL version 5.6 or greater.
    WP Memory limit of 128 MB or greater (256 MB or higher is preferred).

    Also, you can run demo import to make sure that they are displaying in the Dashboard > Listings section:

    Thanks for the reply!

    My WordPress version is 6.0.2, PHP 8.0.16, MySQL 5.7.23-23, WP memory limit 512M.

    I’ve tried to run the demo import and it doesn’t work.

    I’ve also tried deactivating all my plugins and then looking at the back end Listing page, as well as run the demo import, and still no luck.

    Hello @sdxmedia,

    Can you please edit the hosting settings and reduce the PHP version to 7.4?

    We support the PHP 7.4 version because it is recommended by WordPress and used by many users.

    Support for PHP 8 is also underway and will be announced in one of the future updates as soon as completed.
