    Hello,

I understand that you are experiencing a problem with your Elementor builder where changes in the background image are not reflected on your site.

Here are a few steps that we can start with to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Clear Caches: Although you mentioned that you have already deactivated your caching plugin, it might still be worth it to clear any remaining caches. This includes your browser cache, server cache (if applicable), and any other caching services you may be using.
    2. Version Check: Please ensure you are running the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor. Outdated versions could cause compatibility issues.
    3. Theme Switch: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the problem persists. This could help identify if there’s a conflict with your current theme.
    4. Plugin Conflict Test: It’s great that you’ve already tried deactivating your plugins, but I would suggest reactivating them one by one and checking your site after each one. This could help identify if a specific plugin is causing the issue.
    5. Review Elementor’s System Info: Check this under Elementor > System Info in your WordPress dashboard. Look for any red or orange lines, as these indicate potential problems.

Please let me know if the problem persists after trying these steps or if you cannot do anything. It would also be helpful if you could provide any error messages you’ve seen or describe in more detail what happens when you try to view your changes.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this. I’m confident we can get your Elementor builder back to normal functionality.

@hamilton200 At this moment I am using the theme of astra, I disable almost all plugins and swicth the theme. In the moment that I switch the theme appear the image. I am waiting feedback from astra to validate if the issue is the theme or elementor.

the problem is not the plugins and themes.
The difficulty lies with the Elementor.

@hamilton200 I see the issue appear with the update. So could be true but I need investigate to prove that elementor is the cause. I have the license pro but I dont use it. I just user elementor.

    Hi @kryoz507,

    Thank you for the update.

Narrowing down the issue by switching to the Astra theme and disabling most plugins is a positive step. If the image appears when you switch themes, it indicates a potential compatibility issue between your previous theme and Elementor.

Alternatively, since you mentioned having an Elementor Pro license, you can connect your license to the website and open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. This will allow the Elementor support team to further investigate and provide assistance tailored to your setup.

    Kind regards,

I came here because it is official plugin support

Until the version prior to 3.21.3, everything worked perfectly and there was no talk of changing the theme or deactivating plugins, much less compatibility.

This new version of Elementor has arrived and is causing us such an inconvenience. I can only understand that the problem is with ELEMENTOR.
It seems to me that the plugin unfortunately transfers the problem to others.

But here I didn’t have any support unfortunately. The disappointment is enormous.

@ricav @hamilton200 At the end I download the image and then upload the image to fix the issue. Astra theme they check and everything was ok. For some reason the website was not reflecting that image in google chrome.

Was very strange but its something happen I will link my account 10880402 (Elementor PRO) to submit the ticket.
