It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.
WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

i disabled all plugin and enabled only elementor free. i try default theme:TwentySixteen, but dont work the responsive mode. it’s strange that old version (3.14.1) it work fine.
