Hello, I have a problem for my users to use the discount coupon. We always shared the code, and they always used it on my website. About 2 days ago the codes stopped working (displaying a message that the coupon is not valid for the chosen membership level).
    can you help me?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Please edit the discount code and ensure that the relevant membership level is still selected following the recent update?

If this doesn’t help, please send me screenshots of how your discount code is set up so that I can take a further look into this for you.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

It didn’t really work, see images.
The coupon has already been used 52 times previously for this membership level, now it is no longer working. I also tried editing to change the level and testing with others without success. Every attempt leads me to this error at checkout “not accepted for this level”

After looking into this with our team I suspect that it might be caused by a custom checkout template.

Is there any way to send you this information via email or elsewhere? I saw that there is information that could compromise my system if I send it here in public.

I managed to fix it! My theme made an update that apparently brought the checkout page updated.
