Thanks for the review. I just tested it on WordPress 4.8 and the plugin works fine.
Looks like you are having a problem at your end.
I can understand that having an issue like this could be frustrating. Let me assure you that the plugin is working fine on a new WordPress install with the default theme and no other plugins installed.
👉 Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
🤔 If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

That looks like a problem with CF7 plugin. Report to its forum!

can someone help me please?
I have WordPress version 4.8.1 and CF7 version 4.9. and my email form works good.
But when I install CF7 Customizer version 1.1.0. i have a problem to show the success message, send the email but the success message is only in loading and loadin….. but message was send to the direct email.

ok i’m fix it my self.
U must log out from yours wordpress.
then go to the yours ftp.
finde contact-form-7 folder and go in.
delete all files.
download from someware contact form 7.4.7
then manualy copy all files on yours ftp from cf7 7.4.7
log out and go to yours website.
done
on my web the success message is working fine now.
i hope i will help someone to with that post.
