Problem to enter to the desktop

Hello, I have problems entering my website. I put username and password, but it tells me that it is incorrect. When I ask for a new password, I put it back, the page is restored but it does not enter the web.

I have spoken with the hosting service but they cannot solve it and they say it is a wordpress problem, can you help me?
