Pop up not showing

My pop up is not showing when I click on the link. However, when I paste the ‘open’ link attached to my URL it works.
I have the pop up to show only on mobile. See the link I shared and it works perfectly on mobile. Not sure why when I paste the link into a button it doesn’t open when clicked. I have the display condition set to Entire Site.

Hi Suki!
You need to go to the section where you can find your “Elementor Popup Templates”. Once you’re there, you’ll find the popups you’ve created, as it’s shown in the following screenshot:

Once you’ve clicked on the “Show URL” button, you’ll get the following popup:

Now, what you’d usually want to do is to copy the “open url”, and link it to the text you want to transform into a hyperlink that opens your popup.
This plugin is fantastic to create popup hyperlinks within text bodies, but if you want to create a popup and link it other widgets, you should use Elementor’s native functionality.
