Plugin Not Working

A couple of weeks ago my host had a server crash, and had to move all to a new server. Not sure if that anything to do with that, as this is the first plugin issue I have had since the move, and the first time I had to use it. When I put in a youtube link as before, it just spins, and never loads an image. Then if i try to publish while searching, I get a 500 server error. If I dont use the plugin at all, I dont the the error. I am hoping that this can be fixed ASAP as it all all I use for my website.
