    Hello @omo9jatoja,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

It seems like you are trying to activate the plugin when there is another instance that is already active.
Could you please confirm the same and let us know if that is not the case?

Please reach out to us through the plugin’s support tab which you can find at the right bottom of your admin screen i.e “Need Help” or you can reply here.

    Hello @omo9jatoja,

Thanks for letting us know and apologies for the delay.

It seems that the “.forms” file has been created explicitly on your site.
Could you please check if there are files with names of their parent folder present in all your plugin’s folders?

We do not have any file with extension .forms as given the error log “OTP\Handler\Forms\.forms”, it seems these files are being created on your site, and hence our plugin trying to initialize them as Class, hence the error.

Let me know if you find extra files like these on your site.

    Waiting for you reply!

    Hello @omo9jatoja,

It seems that you are not facing the issue any more, as we have not heard back from you in days. I will be going ahead and marking this thread as resolved.

Feel free to reach out to us again if you need any help.

You can always drop a query through the plugin itself and we would be happy to solve this issue for you.
