    In order to get the best experience from the plugin support team and save yours and our time, please follow these guidelines before posting:

    • Documentation
      Read our documentation and check our FAQ.

    • Search the support forums
      Search before posting a new topic. User support forum search form to search for your issue. Use some words to describe your problem in the best way.
      Very likely that someone faced the same issue before and solved it successfully.

    • Debug
      If you haven’t found the answer inside documentation or support forums, you can try to check for any generated errors that can help to better understand the problem.

      First – deactivate as many plugins as possible. If you have any caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
      Second – follow these steps to enable debug mode.

      If these steps won’t help and you can’t understand all the error messages and there are no any errors at all – you can still use received information when creating a new support topic. Just mention it in the topic.

    • PRO user?
      On this forum provided support only for non-premium (free) users, issues related to your premium subscription or account should not be posted in the forum.

      PRO users must use contact form or email directly to wpunitnet@gmail.com. PRO users have priority support and receive an answer within 24 hours ( usually it is much faster ).

      If you want premium support, just get Advanced Woo Search PRO.
