I am using a gateway plugin named “vivawallet”. When a customer pays and placed order with this gateway it should show processing in woocommerce backend and complete payment in vivawallet but in woocommerce even after being paid it shows pending payment which is an issue for me. I need it solved urgent. Any support will be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you referring to this plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/viva-wallet-for-woocommerce ?
I guess it’s better to ask for support via woocommerce.com; cause it will be an issue with that plugin; maybe in conjucting with other plugins or theme on your site. I won’t be probably an issue with WooCommerce itself as it is all api-driven.

As mentioned above support for this plugin is handled by the Viva Wallet team.

Could you please open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support?
