    Hello,

Plugin is not working. I can see all the Data in DB but not showing the Data in Analytics on WP Dashboard. It’s not sending emails too (Test Email Send Works Perfectly).

But I see checkout_id: 5682 is for all the abandoned carts. Is this natural.?

Please know, I am using Checkout Manager for WooCommerce & Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce but they are not affecting the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery.

What could be the issue & How to solve it.?

    Hello @khrifat,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If the data showing in the DB but not in the report section of the plugin, then it may be the cron issue.
The plugin capturing the emails correctly but not able to convert them into the abandoned orders. It is happening due to the cron issue.

Can you please refer to the below doc that may help you to resolve this issue?
Here is the doc link: https://cartflows.com/docs/abandoned-orders-not-capturing/

    Thank you @cartflows

But I see in DB that checkout_id: is 5682 for all the Abandoned carts. Is that normal.? Should not it be different for each Abandoned Cart.?

    Hello @khrifat,

The checkout_id is nothing but your checkout page id. As all your users visit the same checkout page, the same checkout id will be saved in DB.

If your site has multiple checkout pages i.e funnels then each checkout page has a different id.

    I hope it clarifies.

Let us know if you have any questions.
