I have many subdomains and Keyy will work on one but fail on others. I frequently have to disable Keyy via FTP, log in to my site, then re-enable Keyy. I wonder whether it’s worth it!

@rottensod Please drop an email at support@getkeyy.com confirming your last device used, email address and website url. Once confirmed, I will check what might be causing the issues.

@rottensod I don’t have enough details to find your account on https://getkeyy.com, hence I am still awaiting your details so that I can check the issue and provide you a resolution for this.
