Not Sending Entries if Form Content is Too Long

Since the new Mailerlite launched I believe they have implemented a maximum # of letters per field as longer entries on Gravity Forms are not being entered into Mailerlite.

To expand, I use a field to capture someone’s introduction of themselves but if they write too much the entry doesn’t get transferred to Mailerlite. I’m not sure what the cut off is but it means that I am regularly having entries failing to be added to Mailerlite.

Is there a way that this plugin could automatically cut the entry field responses down before attempting to transfer to Mailerlite?
