• I was able to get the FREE version to do more than I could with the paid professional version. I had high hopes for this plugin but when I paid for it it seemed to mess up the free version. Now I am unable to even create a form for a user to use on the front end. That was what the whole thing was supposed to be able to do and it can not. You have to turn on all sorts of modules that are also very confusing. The help menu’s are also very confusing. I have been working for over an hour with no success. Deleted everything and reinstalled and no luck. Should have read the reviews first.

    The Day After,

    I did finally get the form creation to work. I had to uninstall everything. I had to log out of my site close the browsers, and then restart my computer and reinstall the app. Then it started to work. But.. By the time I had figured that all out I was so frustrated and so far behind on the work I needed to get done that all I wanted to do was get a refund. Now that I have cooled off I will be honest I still do not want to mess with the program again. I spent a bunch of time reading the help tutorials and they seemed to confuse me even more. So even after I got the form working I had no patients left for the next issue that would surely pop up. I simply could not comprehend the explanations in the documentation. There is an issue (as with many apps) with the language. These programs are quite often written by people who do not speak English as a first language. Combine that with my dyslexic literalness and there was no way for me to understand the instructions I am sure that the program has lots of great benefits but I have no desire to go back and try again. I will just move on. BUT… If you are having similar troubles, turn it all off, reboot and start again and maybe it will clear up things for you and you may not get to the point of frustration I was at where I just could not get away from this fast enough. They were good about getting me my refund but I do not have any idea how to change my star rating. They were very cordial to me and it was not entirely their fault that these issues happened. If I had to give them a new rating I would move it up to 3 out of 5 since the capabilities look very good.
