Yes, we agree with you, and we already have this feature in notification settings where you can set “Delay Before First Notification” and “Delay Between Each Notification“, please have a look here: https://d.pr/i/MWNwn8
We would be really grateful if you can manage some time to check this feature and feel free to share if you’ve any improvement suggestions for us. We’d love to implement your UX experience on our plugin.

@tushar284 There is nothing needed here for any moderator to do. The user left feedback and you replied. That is all and users get to be mistaken in reviews.
They are not required to reply back or update a review. It would be nice of then but if they do not then just move on.
