May I ask what exactly the problem was, as I could not find a related support ticket? Most common issues are caused by incompatible third party plugins, so the first recommended check would be to temporarily disable all other plugins to verify if the issue still exists. If this does not help, please have a look in the browser console (which can be accessed via F11) and into the PHP error log if possible (your hoster may assist you here) – depeding on the information from there, we could find out what went wrong on your site.
