Hello! I have a staging environment that has a PHP compatibility checker. I tested whether I can safely move from PHP 7.4 to 8.0 and the only error I have is pertaining to this plugin.

It says this file will have a problem:

/html/wp-content/plugins/add-search-to-menu/public/class-is-public.php

Please advise.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The plugin is compatible with PHP 8.0 but you are getting this error because the plugin still provides compatibility to older version of PHP in the below function.

It has noting to worry about and you can just ignore it.
