    Hello Sanya,

The issue has probably to do with font format not supported by all mobile browsers, we would recommend using font format generator like: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator
And upload more formats like ttf and woff, that should do the trick.

Let us know if you need any further help!

I also experience similar things, uploaded fonts is great in desktop, but it doesn’t works with all mobile version browsers, all files have been checked twice and nothing seems to be missed in installing, uploading and also have included @fontface in css and I have done a visual check with ‘fount’ that says the website are using the exact font type as uploaded but the visual isn’t right.

I’ve completed font files (woff, ttf, otf, svg) and using fontsquirrel generator.

    Hey @trinova,

Could you let us know which font is supposed to be displayed?
Also examples for which browsers do not show the fonts in question?
I have looked at your website and it shows under construction page, so hopefully we can see the issue “on action” through there.

Right now i’m seeing opens sans both as the actual font via android chrome.

could you create a test page with english text as well? for testing purpose? it will be much easier for us to understand which font displays at any given moment 🙂

    Hello @hivewebstudios

Oh my bad, website is now online, I’m using Glober font (regular and heavy), in desktop view everything works well, but in mobile device, the font uploaded isn’t working.

    Hey @trinova ,

Thank you for getting the website online, have you uploaded the font files via our plugin or using other method?
Looking at our declerations file in your website, the file seems to be completely empty:
    https://jabarjuara.id/assets/uploads/font-organizer/fo-declarations.css?ver=4.7.5
It seems like the font decleration process is being done on other places in the website, the theme itself or perhaps a different plugin?

    Hi @hivewebstudios

Thanks for the fast responses, I’m upload the font via plugin page at Settings > Font Setting > Custom Fonts, I have no other plugins to manage the custom fonts, if any possibility there is conflicted with @fontface rules that I written on theme css? I’d removed the rules and nothing changed, now I’m wondering why the font isn’t working on mobile.

The theme itself only synced with google fonts, there’s nothing special behind those way I think.

    Any suggestion?

Hi all, actually I have a strange situation happened. I tried the option of conversion of the font on the service https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator and it doesn’t help. I’ve tried all the options (woff, woff2, ttf). After that I deleted all the fonts from the plugin and returned the old otf since it worked at least on the desktop. After that I opened the page on a mobile phone and all the headers display the desired font. Now I don’t know how to simulate the situation with the glitch. In any case, thank you for the plugin and fast responses!
