Regarding your query, if you have enabled the Internal Knowledgebase for BetterDocs then the user needs to log in to check the docs. You can easily disable this from Dashboard -> BetterDocs -> Settings -> Advanced Settings and disable the Internal Knowledgebase. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/nlha4y
