    Hi,

    We have created multiple docs and now want our external users to access the page without being logged in, but we get a 404 error when they do. Only admins can see the page, why is this?

    We want to provide a knowledgebase to our customers without the need to log in, what are we doing wrong?

    Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

    Regarding your query, if you have enabled the Internal Knowledgebase for BetterDocs then the user needs to log in to check the docs. You can easily disable this from Dashboard -> BetterDocs -> Settings -> Advanced Settings and disable the Internal Knowledgebase. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/nlha4y
