    Hi Dev,

    I need help here !
    The email template or email setting in tab Mails can’t be saved, when I click Save Setting button loading and shows Error! alert.

    Save Setting for another tab works properly but Mails Tab.

    How to fix it ?

    Hi Rio!

    I check this issue on the test servers and everything work ok.

    Ti check what’s wrong and to fix it
    – Provide screenshot of the error
    – Try to use another browser
    – Provide URL of the website your’re using Membership by Supsystic

    for the faster support you can submit this info through the internal support

    Thanks for getting back to me,

    I use this plugin at this site
    Here is the screenshot Membership Plugin Mails Tab Issue

    Any changes in Mails tab (emails & notifications section) can’t be saved (only Mails tab).

    I’ve tried with another browser but still shows an Error! alert when saving it.

    Hello!
    We tried to reproduce this issue on our test servers – and have no luck with this.
    Tomorrow we will release new version of Membership plugin. Please update it and check the issue. If you still will have problems with Mails – contact us through our internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
