License keep expiring; non-existent support

    I have a lifetime subscription and it keeps expiring and I have to put in my license every so often! Support is non-existent. They never respond to support request

    Hello.

    I have no sympathy for this sort of thing. But we wrote to you and explained the reason. You have a license for one site, and the activation was for two sites. That’s why your license was down.
